The other day, for what seemed an inexplicable reason, our fire alarm sounded.

Curt Robair came to our rescue. Not only did he immediately recognize the problem, faulty smoke detectors, but he was here within the hour to check out the problem.

He and a technician were back in no time and fixed the detectors.

Curt's enthusiasm and dedication to our needs is, to say the least, greatly appreciated.

In this day of poor customer service, Curt is that welcomed exception.
