Re: Installation and on-going service

Dear Chris:

As I conclude my tenure here at the Firm, I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the Sonitrol - Hartford staff for all of your efforts over the past year. Beginning with the installations last December and continuing through subsequent installations and service, your technicians and office personnel have demonstrated your commitment to a high standard of quality.

Please express my appreciation to the installation team that worked so hard to maintain the schedule for the initial installation on floors 23 - 26; notably, Ron Broege, John Tacy, Jack, Rich Goldshorough and Bob McGee. Further thanks to Rich and Bob for their work in the addition of our new space on the Concourse and for their efforts in any number of post installation service requests. Thanks also to Debbie for her efforts in coordinating the various schedules and helping us to meet our deadlines.

I appreciate the effort your organization has demonstrated to enable these projects to occur smoothly and with minimum inconvenience to my customers and I am assured that, as I leave the Firm, your company will continue to provide an equally high level of service. Thanks again.
