Virtual Operator is a revolutionary call answering and routing system
from Registry Magic. Using high-accuracy speech recognition
techniques, it answers the phone like a human receptionist. Your
customers can speak to Virtual Operator just like they would a real
operator. Virtual Operator will understand their requests and transfer
them quickly and easily to the desired party.
- Answers up to 12 calls at once
- "Barge-in" allows callers to connect quickly by speaking the desired party's name at any time
- Advanced Speech Recognition allows callers to interface with your telephone system in a natural way, instead of
tedious and unintuitive touch-tone menus
- Three system choices offer 500, 1000, or 1500 calls per hour of call handling volume
- Great for primary call reception or to augment an existing receptionist
- Eliminate those internal office directories that always seem out of date. Now employees can say a coworkers's name
and be transfered instantly.
- Connects to virtually an existing telephone sytem, using analog ports or Centrex lines
- Magic Bullseye feature means Virtual Operator will make a smart decision on whether to confirm a choice based
on its confidence of a correct match.
- Using Word Spotting, Virtual Operator listens for keywords and acts on them, regardless of how a request is phrased.
There are no special commands and procedures a caller must learn.
- Virtual Operator also understands touch-tone keys allowing callers to manually dial a party's extension or respond to
certain prompts
- Customizable greetings based on time of day (e.g. day vs. evening) and a configurable calendar of holidays
- Automatic fax detection/routing
- Automatic backup to Zip Disk (disk & drive included)
The Virtual Operator is an Intel-based PC with 64 MB of memory, a
2.0 GB hard drive, CD-ROM drive & Zip drive, an SVGA monitor,
speakers, microphone, Dialogic® interface card(s), Microsoft®
Windows® NT Workstation 4.0, Virtual Operator software, and
pcANYWHERE Version 8.
