TAPIT 2000 Call Accounting from Sonitrol

A whopping 22% of the average business' phone calls are non-business related. Not only does this result in lost productivity and revenue, but higher telephone expenses can result as well. Monitoring who places and receives which telephone calls, and from where, can help reduce possible telephone misuse. Call Accounting software does exactly that. It lets you determine where your telecommunications costs are being incurred, without monitoring telephone conversations themselves.

TAPIT 2000 is a Windows-based Call Accounting software package. It records data on all incoming and outgoing calls, including local, long-distance, and international calls. Data recorded includes telephone number, city & state of number, length & cost of call, extension/user placing or receiving the call, and date/time of call. All you need to take advantage of these powerful features are a Windows PC and a telephone system capable of providing SMDR (Station Message Detail Record) or CDR information.

TAPIT 2000 requires (at minimum) a Pentium-class PC running at 133 MHz or faster, with Windows 95/98 or Windows NT/2000 and 32 MB RAM, 150 MB of free disk space, and a free RS-232 serial port (for SMDR connection to PBX).
