Over the past year we have had several issues that Sonitrol has quickly and effectively responded to. When calls have been placed, if we could not reach the person on the initial call, we would get a call back within the hour and depending on the issues Sonitrol would respond with on site service in a very timely fashion. When dealing with the receptionist Maureen, she has been extremely polite and courteous, and would always direct me to the person I needed to resolve my problem.

If someone was to ask me for a recommendation I would give SONITROL a five star rating,(*****), that would be five out of five stars.
