Dear Mr. Laplant:

    I would like to share with you my opinion about the partnership between Sonitrol and the Springfield School Department. I feel it is a positive and productive one that improves every year.

    I would also like to bring to your attention a conscientious Sonitrol Technician named Paul Hamilton. Before school opened on September 5th of this year, I made a request that all cameras, intercoms and front door locks needed to be in working order to insure a safe environment for both staff and students. This time sensitive task was performed by Paul Hamilton. He always does a very professional job from beginning to end. It is comforting to know that Paul services our fifty facilities in the Springfield School District and with short notice resolves most of the problems that occur on a daily basis. I believe Paul goes above and beyond the call of duty and is a tribute to your Sonitrol team.

Again I need to thank the entire Sonitrol staff for all the support they continue to provide us. A special thanks to Joel Zimmerman for his dedication and continuous support.
