Dear Mr. Lefkin:

We have been a customer of Sonitrol for a few years now and last year we updated our system when that tragedy occured in West Hartford.

We were very satisfied with your work and then this year after our daughter bought a new house and my wife saw a key pad upstairs, she decided we needed the same thing.

So I called Sonitrol and asked for a sales representative and we were very fortunate to have Mark Choquette call upon us.

Being that I am a retired retail person, I know what service is. I was very successful in my business because I knew that the only way to succeed was to give consistant service. This is one thing that the big boys have yet to learn. I don't know that in my life time I will ever see this.

Mark Choquette is what I see as an extremely service oriented salesperson.

Mrs. Ofshay explained what she wanted and Mark took the "Bull by the Horn" and got that accomplished for her. He has what it takes to make a customer satisfied, comfortable, and at ease. As we all know its a tough world out there & Mark has done this for us.
