Dear Ms. Monaco:

NOVACHEM relocated its sales office to new premises over the weekend of 18-19 September 2004. The nature of our business made it critical that our telephone system be in service until 5:00 PM on Friday and back in service at the new location by 9:00 AM on Monday. Allowing for the physical move and for line transfers by Southwestern Bell, this resulted in our need for Mr. Robidoux's services on Sunday, the 19th.

Brian was on site at 8:00 AM. He quickly removed the major system components from their old location, transported them to the new location and mounted them in thier new enclosure. He then accomplished the extensive effort needed to bring the entire system on line with impressive efficiency. I was present during the entire process and am very impressed with the creativity, intelligence and attention to detail that I saw Brian bring to this job. The finished install is indeed a work of superb craftsmanship.

We appreciate Brian's willingness to work on Sunday in response to our schedule needs and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work accomplished.

I also want to take note of Brian's good cheer and pleasantness. He is a joy to work with. You should be grateful to have him on your team.
