Mr. Zimmerman,

This letter is in regards to an installation that occurred three weeks ago. We had some new areas to protect and had a new keypad installed for a zone that was added. The work took three days, and was mostly outside, at a time when it was quite cold. I would like to commend your employees, Robert O'Donnell and Dan Dutkiewicz for their efforts and superior service. Rob and I had sat down for an hour or so the week prior to the work to develop a plan and diagram the work, and at my insistence with your service department, he oversaw and performed the work personally with Danny's assistance. Both individuals were competent and understanding of our needs, which is somewhat rare in the field of building maintenance and operations (one of my tasks here). Speaking from a company that relies on the quality of its service, I can truly say that you are lucky to have two such technicians in your employ.
