I am writing to you to express our gratitude to one of the members of your team, Brian. Opening a restaurant entails keeping track of a myriad of details and when someone helps to the degree that Brian has, it makes the whole operation that much smoother. He enabled us to address a very important area of concern with his attention to our needs and his readiness to respond to our unique requests.
