I am writing to you regarding one of your service technicians, a Mr. Bill Taylor. Bill came out to service the system in our synagogue and we are super-satisfied with the work that he did. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and neat. He cleaned up after he was through; we would not have known anybody was there. I might also mention we have not had any trouble since he repaired the system. He certainly represented your company very well. You should be proud to have someone of his caliber on the road representing you.
