Sonitrol's primary and on-going focus is Customer and Employee Satisfaction. To assist us in recognizing employees who attain our goal, we have a program known as the C.A.R.E.S. Program (Customers Are Really Everything to Sonitrol).

C.A.R.E.S. will recognize Sonitrol employees who make special efforts to listen and understand our Customers, anticipate and provide solutions to customers' needs, and give high priority to customer satisfaction.

We would like your help with our program. Whenever you feel a Sonitrol employee goes out of their way to provide you with complete satisfaction, we would like to hear about it and recognize that employee.

All you have to do is leave a message on our Sonitrol C.A.R.E.S. hotline at (860) 616-7007 stating the following:

  • Employee's name
  • Action that deserves recognition
  • Your name, company name if a business, and phone number

Members of our Sonitrol C.A.R.E.S. team will contact the department manager and the employee will receive recognition. We designed this program to benefit our valued customers as well as Sonitrol employees who go above and beyond in delivering quality service and customer satisfaction.
